Office.com website overloaded?

Logged onto http://www.office.com/ and tried to sign into my Microsoft Account.

But it just hangs trying to load....

And one of my clients is also trying to log in because his Outlook is telling him that he can't use it in a commercial setting...

Hmmm, ja. It's a unique situation. A new realty agency that is still getting off the ground.
He bought a home 365 package and loaded it on his home computer and his laptop that he takes to work.
He uses his work email for personal and realty purposes.
The company is still small and can't afford to buy computers and office packages yet for the employees.
Now office is throwing out an error message that he must upgrade the package to a business license in order to continue using it.
But it's not the offices laptop, it's his own personal laptop.
