hello

what is the preferred brand for a multi function office copier?

What is the standard pricing arangement when renting / buyimg such a copier?

I personally would like a machine that would allow to scan documents with high contrast / low brightness to a local network storage folder that has permissions on.

Anyone using a similar setup at work?

I can highly recommend something from Minolta.

We lease over 36 months & then month 37, with an extra months payment the device can become yours.

The lease option allows the VAT to be claimed back & the lease to be written off as a business expense.

We have an older BizHub250 (Black) & a newer BizHub280C (Colour).

Both have scanning over network, fax, duplex, pin code access, security etc.

Maintenance on both mean that there are no additional expenses & currently pay R0.08 per black copy or print & R0.64 per colour print.

we also have konica minolta but find the product or support to be lacking.
Their latest quote seems a bit overly expensive thats why i would like to hear about different manufacturer products

Hmmm, remember that there are multiple agents for the same product. Some suck & some don't.

Try speaking to Nooshin @ the above number, she sorted us out & I have zero complaints.
