Another thing i want to talk about is do we actually score with Ryzen considering the type of ram bandwith required to unlock the performance of ryzen... :/
You need to sit down and do the math. Look at mb+cpu+ram for the red & blue teams and see what they cost. Right now I'd get myself a really cheap i7-6700 and the build will be significantly cheaper than a ryzen build, I'm cheap like that

A rysen 1600 + MB + 16GB 3200MHz RAM will cost R7700, R2800 more than the i7 build which I'd rather pump into a better GPU. The 3200MHz ram is actually not crazy expensive compared to the 2400 stuff.
