its stuffed, i now have the prestige 11 icon and because i played this morning im lvl 17, cant change perks or weapons, as its locked on the old profiles, but the perks in that profile...ghost pro for example isnt on and i cant change any weapons, steam support has nothing that deals with this in their support section. treyarch and activision dont do support on ranks being reset.

What do the configs usually change?
I seem to do alright with the stock settings..
Are these configs just focused at clans to help communication or to make the game play better?

Some settings help with lag... but basically they lower some graphical quality so enemies are clearer and obviously your framerate goes up accordingly so less lag there too.

you might lose a bit of detail, but the gains are worth it... It definitely helped me seeing the enemy more easily!

Make a backup of your old multi-player config file first. I copied my original key bindings over the new file's key bindings... Quick & easy, so you dont have to go and set them all again. Also once you start the game up, you need to just rename your custom classes again as well as add your clan tag again.

Thanks for the advice, Joe. :) I'll visit RoS when I'm ready to try HC.

i tried that elko config, i copied my key bindings over, and kept the rest changed the gfx card, and th eplayer movement has also been fiddled with so much so that it felt like my mouse went from 1500 to 250, probably would of worked if it wasnt for the movement

Hey Janseng - thanks for the game last night. Showed me where we still needed some work...

For some reason Hanoi is giving us uphill. We played against the rest of our clan on Hanoi and it wasn't pretty! Any advice? Maybe you can show us some pointers tonight? We seem to be getting quite good on Array and Firing Range, but Hanoi is a pain in the butt... :(
