I don't know about this, as the only JHB server I see (or at least, is says JHB when joining) is 141 [TF] Task Force and I get the same ping to it as with the CPT servers, 110ms +. I think they just moved their server to CPT, but forgot to change the location...

mm did nothing,tho blackops thinks i downgraded cuz it lags more.:(
 
So sick of nuketown after this weekend. Gained a full prestige and my nuketown camping wings though.
 
I had horrible ping spikes yesterday :(

I had to wait 5minutes into the round every game before my ping drops from 900 to 90. I had to skip first 2 rounds of Search and Destroy every game. Really frustrating!!! They stupid patch made things worse....

I reset my router but that didnt make a difference
 
Surprisingly, I could play this weekend. Pings were ok, and I did not experience any ping spikes or lag.
Nuketown was sick, got like 26000 xp points per game, so I like got a couple of levels in only a few games.

Well if the pings stay this way, I’ll give the game a second chance. It is quite allot of fun (if there is no issues)
 
Kyubs, I am also getting FPS spikes in addition to the lag spikes. It seems the game runs smooth for a while and then just deteriorates.

REALLY annoying.

I must say that one round of S&D on your server wasn't so annoying! ;) I LOVE killing the whole opposition team and defusing on top of everything else!!!! :) LOL

CPT servers gave me pings of just over 100, and I got JHB at around 80.
So moved to JHB, and had a couple of really nice games on the CraK server
 
game went from bad to worse.

running at 40..45 fps. from a 50-60.
spikes going to 15fps

1 more week of this crap and my KD goes below 1

My max on one demolition round was 60k. Found a full noob server on Saturday and just milked it.

I finally got to prestige 15 on friday night. Took long enough. I learned the hard way on mw2, and then decided to re-learn it on blops again. Playing only snd and tdm doesn't really help prestige unless you don't have any competition at all... Demolition is the way to go. Pity I only figured that out on prestige 10...

Anway,I don't have to click that prestige button ever again :) now for the 50000 cod monies for each gold spray painted gun...

I do not think I'll ever make it to 15. Only on 1st prestige level 31 now...... and I bought in Nov2010.

I use to play mostly tdm, but it is boring now. That is why I like the mix servers, so you get to play all the types of games, and you level quite fast as well

LoL, I remember that. Very awesome feeling :D

Contradictory to my post this morning, I actually did have a lot of fun this weekend and had some really good games from HC to Barebones Search and Destroy and I also changed the server to Sabotage and HQ for a while.

I went up to Prestige 8 from 6 this weekend. I hope there is another double XP when the DLC launches. I want to get to 14. I like that icon :D
 
TDM is max boring.
At my rate I think i will lose interest in this game or something newer and better will come along before I hit 15 . On prestige 5/6 (the fists) now.
For now I'm going to have to settle for recycling other guys golden guns.

Btw I like to use the Galil/Commando, so if you could get those in gold that would be great..
