Not sure if I'm the only one but my strategy for tdm is to basically run to wherever team mates aren't to pick off spawning enemies... it's not like you can't move or something after spawning so if you die it's because you were too slow... better luck next time.

I have had so many spawns where as I pop up, I am dead! Not even one step, hell didnt even know what direction the bullets came from :(

Usually only happens when the opposing team has full map control so the game runs out of options and has to spawn you in a less than perfect place...
 
Nice! Tell her I say howzit! She is still my favourite online girl! We used to have sooooo many fun times together! Lotsa laughs! Whatever you do DON'T call her a b1tch!!!!!!!!! I made that mistake more than once and almost never got to live it down...

Luckily G knows this and it isn't weird... ;)
 
Seems to be a Steam issue ATM. We played a clannie last night and Steam was playing silly buggers. I also picked up lag spikes throughout the game... Didn't stop us from kicking ass though!!! ;)
 
Maybe steam, maybe not ... but I could connect Using my Afrihost account... On Mweb it took forever to get past fetching stats, and I mean like more than 5 minutes....
 
what would be the best steamcloud to be on, mine was on mweb jhb from the beginning, im not with mweb though - IS axxess, or is that something completely different?

I think you might be talking about something different. Mine is set to JHB as well - although my download location is set to Japan. If there are major updates then at the times I download there is basically zero traffic so it downloads at the full 500K.
 
Hey guys,

I dont know if I'm on the right thread but I've got COD black ops on Xbox and having trouble finding matches online. I can basically do the online training but it just cant find anything else. I'm running my xbox through a TP-link TL-MR3420 and a black cell C dongle.

???
 
i downloaded Black ops lan Emulator and i need to give the emulator the path of the maps. So where is the maps folder in black ops. i cant find it to test it.please help

Yes, I'm pretty certain it is MWEB related. Everything was fine last week, but since this weekend passed the issue of "Fetching stats... Connecting..." has reared its ugly head. If you're patient enough to wait for an established connection you will be rewarded with an extremely laggy ingame experience. Have a look here.

Its definitely MWEB issues.

a) MWEB Hosts the Servers (no other ISP in SA does)
b) While my MWEB connection sits at "Fetching Stats", I dial up with Afrihost and connect instantaneously.

So if its a double dose of WTF for MWEB subscribers, borked connection and borked server hosting....
