Present and accounted for.

Good game against Leicester last night. Started off shaky with the usual disorganisation at the back when Terry is not on the pitch. It was especially satisfying to see the defenders making up for the two goals they conceded with two goals of their own. That Azpilicueta goal was something to behold.

Costa came on and the team looked more potent with greater urgency going forward.

They look like champions...gonna be hard to beat

The trauma of last season :D

Seriously though, Chelsea is nailed on for the title if they continue to stay injury free.

Like Leicester last year, they've worked out a system that works for them, have a Costa doing a Vardy, Hazard is much better than Mahrez, and have Kante the creator in the middle. Couple that with solid experienced defenders and a bench that has the likes of Willian and Fabregas, I don't see them faltering barring a couple serious injuries.

They also have the advantage of no Europe and, importantly, the vast majority of this team was in place for the previous title win.

They have to be favourites to win it.

Must say was worried last night without Hazard. But I think we still played like title contenders

Should have scored quite a few more IMO

The highlight for me was Courtois' save right at the end. We should have scored more but that save is the difference between wanting it bad enough and being good enough. Chelsea is showing how bad they want to win

What's with Oscars move to China? I understand it must be hard to turn down £400k a week but the guy is only 25. Hulk makes £320k and is 30. Seems a waist of talent and ability.

400k a week is mental , £400k even more so. It's crazy but I wouldn't judge him. They have a short career after all.

25-30 for the non Ronaldo/Messi types are the prime years. Trophy wise he has 1 league medal not sure if he was there when Chelsea won the Champions League. He could have moved to a Juve, PSG competed at a high level won trophies and still earn quite a bit of money. Then made a money move to China, Eto was still making like £300k well into his 30s.
