Official COD MW3 Thread.

ya they really need to fix that, so that prestige means more than oh look hes prestiged again
 
Well I know of a lot of people that refused to prestige and by all means they did not loose out of anything In game itself.

I guess it me that need to chase and achieve something constantly. You need towards something and if you don't prestige I guess you can then focus on all the quests and perks to completion.

Is there any news on prestige, how many times, how many levels in one prestige and if there is no award for prestige this time, then I will skip it and focus on all the quests and perks to completion.

Because really the golden gun was such a disappointment it looks like the gun is wrapped in golden tin foil.
 
apparently there's 10 prestige's......80 lvls per prestige, for prestiging you get a credit that allows you to choose from a list of prestige 'perks', double xp for 2 hours, double weapon xp for two hours, unlock item...that allows to to choose a special item that you wouldn't normally take with you into battle, its only for that lvl of prestige there's a few other but cant remember them now....but this may only be for xbox and station
 
Sorry if this has been asked, I don't feel like reading through 7 pages.

Will this game be closer to Blops or MW3 with system requirements.
Because I can run MW3 perfectly, but with blops it doesn't work well because of the porting from consoles.
My cpu just isn't strong enough for that.

That's good I defiantly won't buy this one on release, learnt my lesson with Blops.
But if it gets good reviews from people using similar pc specs to what I'm using, then I'll get it.

Man, I wish I could play MW3 at this time. :D
 
I believe it's going to be epic might have some teething probs but still be epic. I am positive the single player will be atleast worthy of a score of 3 & up ;)
 
Hands up if you boss plays CoD & you both bring your PC's to work to do some ranking up & your game gets dropped off at work :)
Did I mention Ill be jamming at work for the whole week.
Basically going to get paid to cod & do the odd pc repair(during map loads) ;)
 
True but ill make sure I get some quality time at work, playing after hours isnt going to cut it.
 
I have taken off, but someone wants the house now painted since I am at home.

But will wake up early paint a few walls and then play when everyone gets online. :)
 
So who is going to do the midnight launch and where?

I am thinking of going, got mine per-ordered at BT games in Eastrand mall
 
Fri 4th 20.00(8.00p.m.) Central European Time -- that is the date direct2drive is unlocking its preload.
Hopefully steam has the same
 
I see some shop in the US is selling the game already... :D

I fear there is another fail launch heading our way...
