But it's releasing in other countries,u think it's voda and mtn that are maybe still testing it.Anyways 4.3 isn't t that a big increment,4.4 will be worthwhile

4.4 shouldn't be that big of an upgrade. 5.x will be the big one. Wonder what will be in that release...

I'm using my One on Cell C, also still waiting, let's hope they release the update ion their network...
 
Hey guys, I didnt get a chance o read through the entire thread, but is there any of you guys that are experiencing the dreaded blue/purple tint with your cameras in low light?

If so has anyone sent their phone in for repair/replacement and had any luck?

I have rooted and flashed the 4.3 firmware & a 4.3 stock rom which supposedly fixes the issue, but it was a no go. Which brings me to my next question. I want to send mine in for repairs but i need to flash back to stock on the a version thats current to south africa. Can anyone tell me whats the software number of the phone now after 4.2.2 update?
 
Mine was rooted but still had the original Rom,and I was still in the 7 day return policy.they did t even check if it was rooted or anything .

Would anyone be so kind as to summarise the most common faults and oob failures that have been experienced. Sorry but i'm too lazy to look through 100 posts lol.

I know some people have experienced some issue with the physical power button?

Power button,to deep in phone
Camera,blue or purple tint in low light pictures.
scratches on aluminium back
Messed up speakers,hissing sound

problem is im running a custom 4.3 rom. So now want to flash a stock 4.22 rom just incase (better safe than sorry)

But now I have no clue which software number to download n flash. Any help will be appreciated guys.

anybody know where i can buy a case for my htc one in cape town? Also has an indication been given when 4.3 will be available?

no problems here,except the power button being deep,though not flush and still works just fine :),loving this sexy device
