Official ICC 2015 CWC thread

The fates really have it in for us. Finally getting back into this match and now this.

These important games shouldn't be played in countries with such a high annual rainfall.

The chance of a washout is just so much higher in NZ

when will overs start being lost?

Only after the first hour of lost play

I must repeat that my stating the playing conditions has nothing to do with the weather conditions right now. This shouldn't be a very long interruption. At any rate if the interruption is long enough to not allow South Africa bat any further, the target for New Zealand is likely to be 264 in 38 overs

I'm reading on other forums that the rain is easing off... play should restart soon...

Raining in Sydney too now, so just bad luck that games are in this sequence

Just as we opened the floodgates too! Been peeled to the screen since we started.

cricket is a summer sport so likelihood of rain is quite high.

Saffers went off at 4.51pm and it's 5.21pm now. Only 30 minutes lost.

The radar shows a small intense area right over Auckland that hasnt budged at all since it startedd. Very slow moving

Rain does not suit us at all. DWL does not know about our 12 rpo in the last 15 overs and we started very, very slowly.

This is also looking like a batsmans wicket.

Grrrrr. Hope we don't get screwed by DWL again.

Very worried now.
