Official June 2016 Tests Thread

Saxons first half burst enough to sustain them through the second. Was this a once off match or will there be a weekly Friday night game while Ireland are here?

Mnisi hands has been MIA this season, Venter played well in a poor Cheetah side but looked terrible last night. Carr and Notshe missing if we are on the back foot. Tight forward not get involved in rucks, we lost to much ball for ruck turn over. Snyman,Oosthuizen and Gqoboka played better and more to the ball then the starters. The backline had no commitment on defence.

yep, sounds about right. Notshe was really impressive, but he has impressed me the whole season.

Notshe was man of the match. Groom impressed me though, I have never seen him recycle and control the ball that good before, it is only sorry that the rest of the backline lacked cohesion, until the bench came on, likewise with forwards but not as much. RG Snyman made a moerse difference at the lineouts and physicality at the breakdowns.
 
Jones turning the English into a proper team it seems. Not as if the Aussies played badly.

Farrell has to be the best kicker in the world at the moment. Like a freakin' metronome.
