hmmm seems sentech support crew are a bunch of fresh-out-of-skool kids with an A+.

They have no idea what I'm talking about when I mention a packet, traceroute or packet loss.

Is there anyone here that can assist me with getting sentech users accessing my proxy server on an ADSL link?

Yeah, it is a bit out of there requirements for the product so I wouldn't expect them to.

Sentechs OUTSOURCED support even has A+, I'm impressed

Like I said, I didn't think they had A+ even. Most outsourced call desks are purely script readers. No thinking needed.
