I was previously registered with UNISA and didn't get very far. This year I enrolled for a diploma in something else and chose my first modules etc basically completed the online enrollment. I have 2 questions.

Because this diploma is different to the one I registered for years ago, do I need to resubmit my matric certificate etc? I'm wondering because if I was still on the system with valid student nr, then my details such as matric results etc should still be there as well? If yes, where do I send it? Do I have to go to Pta or can I scan and email the cert or what?

Also if I were to pay (I've enrolled online I haven't paid yet) and they do have an issue with my credentials and I'm basically not allowed to study, will I be able to get my money back and how much of a hassle is this?

Thanks

Next time I'll start a thread on tits. That'll make up for this one I promise.

You need not re-submit your matirc results again and I'm sure they'll will refund you if found to be unqualified to register for that course.

In terms of the hassles, I'm sure you'll have to go there personally and submit whatever refund forms and wait until you get your money back.
