Oh i am just crying into my keyboard - its only the 7th May and I DO NOT GAME so why am I capped?
My stats according to Telkom are as follows

So who's telling the truth?

well... um... international server is futher way through more hops, so obviously you`ll get slower speeds

I am so not a techie - I can't challenge what pan said.....
what i can say is this - i was browsing this forum at a VERY slow rate. Telkom said i had speed, stanford said i didnt
