I've had internet since March (we moved).
Everything was ok until I got capped (do understand that I hadn't any internet for months so there was lots to download).
Well, new month, I can't browse. I leave it for 2 weeks because I was too lazy. Finally I phone my ISP who says uninstall Norton so then it started working-but no!
My Internet has dial-up speed (or doesn't load at all)
I had this for last week now.
I phone my ISP who says it's Telkom's line fault.
I phone Telkom who say's it's my modem's fault.
I phone Telkom again now they say it's my ISP's fault.
what do you think is the problem?
