Is it just me or is there a growing trend that people who have switched to vaping do it wherever they please in public?
Recently an email was sent around the office to tell people who vape to do it in the smoking area, as it was noted that someone decided to vape at their desk. While at Sportmans Warehouse last week, I noticed while walking around some guy started vaping while looking at stuff :wtf:. Also, just this week while listening to the radio a listener called in and talked about vaping. They guy admently boasted that vaping can be done anywhere unlike cigarettes.

Do people who vape all have the same view, that you can do it anywhere?
Personally I viewed vaping in the same category as smoking cigarettes or a hookah, it should be done in its allocated places.

allocated places, no doubt.

Yep, people who vape need to do it in the allocated smoking areas.

I made the choice not to smoke so if you want to smoke or vape, do it elsewhere.

While there's no longterm research that's been done into the adverse effects of second hand vapour I don't think they should be banished to the same areas that smokers use - second hand smoke has been shown time after time to be dangerous.

AFAIK there are no laws in place regulating their use, yet, but malls, restaurants, etc are free to make their own rules that ecig users should respect.

They should be banished away from us nonsmokers on account of the stupid smell they give off. Go vape in the toilets.

Interestingly enough, Heathrow airport allows vaping almost anywhere in the terminal buildings.

I'm pretty sure Terminal 4 also has a dedicated e-cig lounge.

This is my sentiment as well, their vapor still intrudes my personal space even if it is just the smell

We smokes also don't want them "Vapers" near us in the smoking sections , they can go vape in the toilet.

I vape, and even though its less harmful (not proven but experienced) than cigarettes, vapers should be respectful. I for one can't stand cigarette smoke anymore. Would rather vape in an open area.

Fack that ****e! Smokers don't want us vapers around and neither do non smokers. So where the hell am I supposed to vape. I'll tell you where, wherever I goddamn please :)

On the flip side of the coin the people who don't smoke should not be exposed to these vapours since there has been no long term study been done on the affects of second hand vapour?

Did I say they should? I just don't think they should be corralled together with smokers, that's all.

So long as it's not in my space
