Hey guys, firstly I apologize if this is not in the correct section, but I think it is.
I am looking for old/refurbished servers as the title says. This will be for lesser privilege schools in the smaller towns, I had great success/satisfaction, smiling people with this before, that's why I like to do this every once in a while, I will collect old servers from large companies and then I set them up in the smaller schools giving them, well try to give them a fully functional computer center.
If you guys know of any or work at a big company, I say big, because I know larger companies usually recycle the old servers, please inbox me, I myself and the schools to be will greatly appreciate it.
Then another project I want to make a reality at a small school in Rawsonville is to get a more resource powerful pc as in decent amount of ram to create a server that can be used to demonstrate cloud computing, there is a very talented teacher, but due to lack of resources and infrastructure he can't really give pupils a hands on approach to cloud computing and I just felt in today's day and age that it would be beneficial to any child to get exposure to that, I mean when I was in school there was nothing like this, if I only knew about the stuff there is in IT back then, my gosh.
So bottom line "too long to read":
I am looking for old servers to be donated to lesser privilege schools.
