Has anyone else tried getting Logitech technical support? They seem to offer no email support, nor a number for South African users! (They do have Skype though during week days.)
Anyway... my keyboard's packed up and I'm using some old model I have... can't find a name for it, but the model number on the keyboard is: Y-RK49, and mouse is: M-RR67A. Been searching everywhere for the latest version of iTouch and MouseWare to go with the set but not making any success.
