The people with no interest are mostly either the younger gen or bunch of self entitled wokes with no interest or connection to the past, I'd hazard to guess...The SABC oldies channel must have stopped broadcasting on DStv because of a lack of viewership.
Maybe I'm missing something but do you thing politics played a role in DStv dropping it? Or just a general lament? The people with no interest are mostly either the younger gen or bunch of self entitled wokes with no interest or connection to the past, I'd hazard to guess...

Yes, and the piano that would start playing by itself. Scared the kak out of me as a kid. But I read up on it again recently and apparently it was all allegory, metaphors and symbolism for apartheid. There was this mini series The Mantis Project, with Marius Wyers and Sandra Prinsloo, it used to freak me out.
About an Isolation project in a Namib mining ghost town, very subtle physcological horror, there was this rocking horse in the attic, which would start rocking by itself, and the constant lack of water, isolation and excessive heat and dust.
Wish I could see it again, cant find it anywhere.
