Old Stock

Do any of you good people happen to know if stores like @ Home, Mr Price Home, etc. would keep their old stock once it has been removed from the shelves?

I am looking for items I purchased about 1 1/2 or 2 years ago.

Uh... I used to know where all that stuff went.... I can ask my wife to find out again, she used to know.

I think they have their warehouses in Fourways... Sevens, Wetherleys and a few others have warehouses there...

I think your best bet would be to contact one of the stores, or preferably the head office, and firstly ask them and then if they cannot help then try to find out who the supplier was.

I can't see that a place would keep old stock in storage, it does not make business sense. If you bought in stock you'd want to sell it, if you were discontinuing the item you would put it on sale to ensure you got rid of it. It will do nothing for you in a warehouse.
