Old Texecom Premier 412 Alarm.

So my current alarm system is a texecom premier 412, did initial consider getting an OAlarm but it doesn't seem to be the solution that I want. Maybe I don't understand it, but I would still need to program my zones in the alarm and basically wil only be able to arm and disarm the alarm remotely.

Ideally I want to get a system I can smart up or control from my phone, but I don't want to lose out on the existing wired beams and passives I recently had installed. PLS HLP K TNX, Also I am miser, unless on the days I am not.

The Premier 412 is ancient. I am not an expert but there's a heck of a lot of drop-in replacements for it that will give you what you want. Have you had a look at what Paradox offer these days

Not all, will check. I am assuming the Majority of the passives out there are compatible over brands.
 
When I replaced my alarm from some ancient system, I kept some of the wiring and installed new wiring for areas not covered.

I did upgrade my passives to supposedly more accurate sensors.
