Olympus bets on mirrorless digital camera format

Tech bloggers who had been invited to test-drive the E-M1 in advance were effusive about the camera on Tuesday, praising its retro design, image quality and compatibility with all Olympus lenses, a first for the company’s mirrorless models.

What exactly is a first?

To me price seems like an issue with these cameras, I always thought their mirrorless cameras where more expensive than SLRs from other manufacturers. Nothing I don't like about them.
 
Slow autofocus has been a problem on their DSLR's as well.
Otherwise, if they could ramp up their marketing, the products will sell.
