Olympus VN-3100PC Digital Recorder Problem

Hi

I have an Olympus VN-3100PC digital recorder.

It records properly. I can listen to the recording from the device, but when I try downloading it does not download.
It gives no error at all.
It says tranferring DWA0018.wav and when it finishes no file downloaded.

I have Olympus Digital Wave Player Version 2.1.4
I am running Windows Vista Business Service Pack 2.


Any advice much appreciated.
