If you mean normal over-ear headphones, then no.
Over-ears:
If you are referring to neckband headphones, then yes.
Neck-band:
EDIT: I read over-ear for some reason, but over-ears and on-ears are identical in how they are worn for the most part...

On-ear just means they sit on your ears, over-ear cover your ears, see the pics above.

I think I need a neck-band then , takealot doesn't seem to have any ..
