At least 2 years’ experience working with Server Administration and Networking
Skills:
Must have own reliable transport

Experience required:

- Basic Networking, Ethernet & Wi-Fi etc.
- Own Car and Valid drivers license
- Basic Internet i.e. ADSL, LTE etc.
- Printing and Scanning
- Folder Sharing
- Troubleshooting
- Email, Diagnose and resolve desktop related problems. PST, SMTP, POP errors etc.
- Computer backup, format and reinstall (BFR)
- Smart device setup and maintenance (Ipad, Android, Syncing etc)
- Software installation
- Windows Support XP - 10
- Mac OS
- Basic Linux Support
- Computer hardware
- DNS (Basic / Dynamic)
- Media – Amazon Fire, Showmax, Netflix
- Media players / Smart TV’s
- Audio Visual Setups
- MS Office / Open Office (All)
- User Administration (AD new users / passwords etc)
- Anti-Virus and virus removal
- Pastel Support
- Backup Monitoring
- Basic Office 365 administration
