Still no solution and my pings stay in the 160+ area. It seems Telkom just wants their money but aren't prepared offer any service. I'm sure there is a law against that...isn't taking money but not supplying the service fraud? Or could we class that as theft? I think a visit to my lawyer is on the books...-
