Once-off Data Bundle not Loading

I purchased a once off data bundle several hours ago via the Vodacom App.

It has not loaded, but the purchase price reflects in the bill for the end of the month.

I phoned 111, the person I spoke to tried to load the bundle and it did not work. He said he would query it but was unconcerned that I would go OOB. It will take 24 hours to query.

If anyone at Vodacom reads this please check your systems.
