once off data bundle on contract issue

FYI to you guys who load once off data bundles if you have a contract
*141# seems to show the data balance and not *162*password# like their support tell me

Oh, and if I use up my 75MB bundle before it expires they cannot load another 75MB bundle.
So if there are any MTN reps reading this, your support staff is keeping me from giving MTN money

I suppose MTN support, tshwane municipality and the bokke all train at the same "kamp staaldraad"...
 
Hi - can confirm this. I tried loading a 100MB bundle thro MTNactive and failed. told that they are oldbundles. New ones are 75MB. (But they still have not changed them). The *141# works on post paid contracts if you load a data adhoc bundle.

Pitty you cannot load another when the bundles is finished before expiry date!!!??!!! Is that MTN helping you save some money? or rather take some at R2/MB!!!!
 
Apparently a number of their bundles have been discontinued on their "new" system. I think its now 10MB, 75MB, 300MB but nothing has been updated on their website so its all a mystery. I was told that they have to reset my phone and i'll loose connection for 24 hours if I add a bundle to my contract (talk 200). MTN are so hopeless when it come to data provisioning.
