One of those confusing question.

Can someone please help me figure this out...If your car got stolen after owning it for 3 years financed.....and your insurance settled the debt and a year later your car is found by police....Who is the right full owner? ? Me or the bank.

Financed = bank owns car.
Then stolen.
Insurance pays bank for the debt. Indirectly pays you to pay the bank. I.e. Insurance now owns the car.
