Since we're required to have an OTP for the Clientzone, please could you simplify things as follows:

1. Set the focus to the OTP text box
2. Numerical only, no alphabet characters

I am sure I can chat to our Dev's about this for you.

I am not sure what you mean in the first request though.

What I meant was that the cursor is automatically in the text box when the OTP screen load so one can start typing immediately, rather than having to click the box with the mouse.
