Yeah Just roll out another 17 000km cable next to this one at the cost of millions of dollars....i don't think so...
EASSY will provide relief when it goes live middle of next month and then there shouldn't realy be issues like this anymore. That is however if the ISP's have bandwidth on both of these cables. Otherwise you are still screwed..
