I assume it's for RAIN fixed LTE?

Rain Sim will still work with it. I think fixed LTE locks the sim to a particular tower for prioritization or something. I'm using my sim in Huawei Router because that's the only way I can get signal.

Making sure as Fix LTE locked to certain devices. Mobile SIM from RAIN will work. I have both.
