Ongoing fraud

Can anyone advise me on how to pursue a fraud case with MTN?

I have ongoing fraud issues with MTN. I was hit by fraud last month and despite phoning their customer service centre repeatedly and submitting the case to their fraud dept received no useful response from MTN. Yesterday I was debited R14k+ as a result of this fraud.

Today I received a message that a further recurring internet bundle has been charged to my account. I have made no application for this, I have given no-one any authority to debit this, and I have divulged no OTP for this. I contacted MTN customer service, and was left hanging on for more than half an hour after trying to raise this with a help centre agent.

Is there any way of pursuing this and preventing these ongoing fraudulent charges?
 
R15000 from my Mother was stolen. MTN has a **** up somewhere and someone is making our lives miserable
 
Thanks for the responses. I've been twice to the physical store. They were very responsive and went to a lot of effort about it. MTN fraud Dept undertook to look into it but that was three weeks ago, and I've heard nothing more.
