Online Buying 802.11 wireless from outside SA

I want to buy some 802.11 wireless capable electronics through Mouser or Digi-Key.

This is all development stuff, i.e. Samsung ARTIK 520 and DIGI XBEE zigbee developer kits - once-off items for personal use.

Do I need to clear this out with ICASA, will the courier do it for me, or can I just ignore ICASA altogether and expect of the courier to deliver this to my house problem-free? After all, the underlying radio components are all probably proliferated throughout South Africa in consumer electronics anyway.
