How does one book an appointment online to renew driver license card, https://online.natis.gov.za/#/ does not respond keep getting site unavailable yet testing station wont accept walk-ins

Natis site is the only place where you can book online.

I've tested on my side and its working fine.

when did you try a walk in? you can do Tuesday and Thursday
