Online e-toll petition launched

at least its something.

sadly most online petitions simply get ignored

actually it feels that 99% of all petitions simply get ignored in south africa online or offline ones.

I would love to be proven wrong. so if you have an example of a petition that got any sort of reaction out of the ANC please post it here. also dont get me wrong I will sign this petition regardless, but I am not expecting anything from it

As the comments on the article state.

How can you post that without links?

Really now?

Here is a link for anybody looking for where the petition can be found...

http://www.tolhekpetisie.org.za/

Edit: I see that the above does go their petition page but see no petition to sign or anything else... so not sure if this is the right place...

Just what we need, another online poll/petition/useless page on the internet no-one in guavamint or sanral gives a damn about.

okay, so I see this one is aimed at students in particular, but really, how many more petitions on e-tolling do we have to sign?

I say enough petitions already, more protest action is needed

Agree, online petitions might work when most of the nation are actually 'online'...... and even then, our government seems to only take note when faced with a protest...

Been asking myself the same thing, how many more times do we have to go and drive slow.

If students can get this concession why not old age pensioners?
Or anybody else who claims that their income is so small that they cannot pay?

The only people who can get rid of the e-tolls are the ANC's voters...will see if they sway their votes away this time :)

An online petition?

They (Afriforum) should go back to their affirmative action cupcakes...that scheme was entertaining at least.
