Hi Guys,

Have any of you notices an increase in online latency? We play mostly WoW and the latency just jumped from last week Wednesday to a very unstable latency of anything from 230-290...was very stable before that 180-190 for months.

Did all the tests I could and found nothing tracert and line speed tests

Whose your ISP? I know telkom had problems the last few days with international pings

Openweb...I tried other ISP and same latencies. Its just internationally

Im with afrihost and today its been horrible, normally 220 on international but now its 380-400.

Here are my results with Afrihost Network Tester.

Code:
ping 197.242.144.102

Yea same problem but only started a week ago...I do not think its the local ISP's

I still proxy/vpn out as it gives me the most stable connected. Something you clearing notice while you cast.

I'd rather play with a 220ms solid stable latency than a 190ms one with annoying little spikes.

From what I can gather it seems to be international! Everything is not as it is supposed to be! Streaming is slower than normal, downloads and p2p is slower! Tested on 2 accounts!

On the other hand, it might even be Telkom! My SNR and line attenuation was atrocious the other night! So I switched of router, watched a movie and switched it on again about 30 minutes later! Fixed it up, but still slower than usual, cant even stream 480p on youtube on a 4mb line without letting it buff a little!

I hope it gets sorted out!

soon...O_o
