Hi,

I had a look at a game called Wurm http://wurmonline.com

But I can't seem to run the game (http://wurmonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7118 ).

Now the point here is I can't get it to run from my XP Home Laptop nor from any of my Linux boxes.

Which makes me think....

Could it be anything to do with the way that ADSL works here in South Africa? Can anyone else connect?

The point is that nobody else seems to have the same problems on the forum, so it might be a South African problem. Does this seem likely?

I recently (this week) came across Wurm Online on the web, Rinkhals. Have you managed to get it to work? Any luck in bypassing SAIX's transparent proxies?

(And I guess an IS local only account wouldn't help either because it's... er... local only...)

I really hope there is some way to get this to work, as I should be able to play it on my linux box since it is a Java game using OpenGL.

I applied for my cybersmart account about a month ago. How long should I be waiting to get it installed? (The all-in-one package)

What are some actual life stats for online gaming. If I'm getting a 3GB cap, is there any chance of playing some games without just using up all the cap?
