You can always try the Pick & Pay online music website.
pickandplay.co.za
I looked at the site. It pretty much sucks

. You can't find any information
on the sort of quality of the songs available, or what happens if your Windows PC dies or you need to re-install Windows. Of course you'll
loose your music.
Secondly I don't see an easy way of searching the site for artists,
plus some of the prices are horrendous, where ITMS charges $1 (R7.20)
for every song, this site charges as much as 16 bucks for junk you hear
on the radio.
Finally, it doesn't work with iPods although you could burn to CD, and
then rerip the song to DRM-free AAC or MP3 and play it on your iPod.
It would then be 'technically illegal' but if you follow the lawsuits
in the EU, it may soon also be illegal for stores to sell music
in non-universal format, ie incompatible with DRM'ed AAC for
iPods.
Also PlayForSure doesn't work with the new turd-brown Zune.
MS surely suprised it's content partners...
