Can anyone recommend anything online or specific brand? Dont want to buy some sketchy TAL crap and have issues with it.
Looking for a 100m, installation will be about a 70m run.

Yes thats absolutely fine, just keep in mind its unshielded.

What is intended use?

If POE, lets say cameras than CCA cable is out of question, you should buy pure copper.
Like this:

Buy directly from scoop online at normal retailer price and dont get the CCA cable just to save a few bucks in the short term.
