Online Rugby Manager Game

I managed to find a very good rugby manager game online about a week ago. You take control of a team (even though RSA teams are involved you can't manage them at the moment but, you can buy RSA players) and do what any manager/ coach does. These are RL players so, it's not one of those crappy games with made up players.
