I checked takealot and they did not have a wide selection. But thanks. .

I recently bought the Canon HF M46 from Orms - awesome PQ and IS, amazing low light. I see they don't have it anymore, probably replaced by the M56 I would guess.

Seems like the M56 is a bit out of my budget. I was aiming for R2500 - R3000.

Makro has a special on a Samsung HMX-400 1080p camcorder with a 16Gb SD card and a bag for R2800.
Is this a good buy?
