Please take note that most of the products that they sell are like knock-offs.

Like the camera that you posted a link to doesn't even have a real (optical) zoom capability, because it has a fixed focus point and only digital zoom, which SUX.

I'd say, rather spend R2-R3k on a video camera that actually has optical zoom and decent picture quality, because you really can't be guaranteed of anything with those cheap stuff that they sell.

Usually when something seems to good to be true well it's a scam, IMO to get a camcorder for R500 it is really going to be carp or it is a scam, perhaps check out bidorbuy and junk mail maybe someone is flogging an unwanted gift etc and you could get something ways better at a reasonable price.

Thanks guys for the response, I am always bargain hunting thus I found this site

But I would say its better to rather get a proper cam can someone please post me some links new and second hand as I would just like to get a idea on quality wise what to look out for
