Online shopping delivery

Has anyone been shopping on onedayonly been experiencing crazy delays on your delivery? A few months ago I ordered sunglasses through them. They sent me the wrong colour, didn't send me the case specified in the ad and they only dispatched the the package 8days after from their side, and 2days for delivery. Last month I ordered a shirt, I followed up 5days after(last week Thursday) and they sent me a response saying that the package Will be dispatched early this week this week and that there has been a mix up between the branches. I followed up again today (11days after placing the order) and they sent me exactly the same email they did last week, stating that it will be dispatched early next week. Takealot takes two days from the time I order to delivery. I don't expect onedayonly to meet that benchmark but surely this kind of delay for a national delivery is unacceptable?

My experience with Onedayonly has been pretty much the same, though it have yet to receive something incorrectly. The last delivery took the better part of three weeks.

To contrast, I've had a daily deal from Takealot delivered on the same day that it was ordered.
