Has anyone on here used them? I now Justin.tv has been bandied around on here.
Do you get Super 14 rugby matches on there?
Are they live or delayed?
What is the minimum line speed you need to stream games?
Is their a subscription charge?
What is the quality like?
Anyway to hook the feed up to a 42" plasma to watch on their (maybe through a media player)?

I don't watch rugby, but have seen the links to some S14 games.

Are they live or delayed?

Delayed by about a minute or so in my experience.

What is the minimum line speed you need to stream games?

Depends on the quality of the upload I think, but I have had little trouble with my 384 line. I am just not able to use the web for anything else during a stream.

Is their a subscription charge?

No.

Is the quality good enough to watch on a 42" screen?

No.
