Online upgrades??

Why is it that for an online upgrade to be done, I have to put my details and let a consultant phone me? My previous upgrade 2 years back was just 3 clicks.

All info on the site seems to indicate the method I used 2 years back was how I should be able to do it, but actually trying to upgrade my contract brings a whole new process?

Anybody know how to get past it?

Register on the site and it should give you the option to upgrade in your account section if your upgrade is due.

I'm registered, but the strange thing is 2 years back I was able to do the simple method, they definitely changed something on the system, cause no matter which package/phone I pick it still makes me give details for a consultant to phone me

Are you sure. Click on the upgrade click stick your number in and they should show the phones available for your profile. You then select the phone you want and click upgrade now. It only works on a PC by the way the mobile version wants a consultant to call you.

I've tried both on PC and mobile and they both give me page to put details for consultant to phone me. I also emailed them a few days ago, but they are yet to respond
