Only cap our international B/W?

Hi All

If telkom can track our international B/W (to CAP it). Why don’t hey then just make the CAP for only our international usage and NOT local! I use a lot of local sites and this all adds up to my 3 GB cap, by using local B/W I get CAPPED for international b/w this hardly seems fair!

This is one of the things we're fighting for. We can't understand why local sites are included in the cap. Telkom simply makes no sense.

Is the cap not 'measured' on the DSLAM (sp?) anyway? Ie. they have no idea WHERE/WHAT makes the traffic but only have a count of the data per account?

When you look at the different ways in which we get capped it makes you wonder sometimes if telkom does even have the know-how to manage and monitor these things.
