Only free channels on DSTV Now

About a month ago, all premium channels have disappeared on my DSTV Now app. Both my Shield and phone shows only free channels. I checked my connect profile and its linked correctly. Is anyone else experiencing this?
 
Tried relinking but doesn't work. Weird thing is that I can see all the channels on the dstv now web browser.if I click on a feed, it calls the app and doesn't do anything.

Clear app data, uninstall and reinstall.
 
I regularly had this issue a while back. I had to contact DSTV Now (via online chat support) to get it fixed. They then ask for your connect ID email address and smartcard number and then relink your account. It seems their system which verifies that you are a DSTV premium subscriber which gives you access to DSTV Now is a bit wonky. Had the same with Showmax.

OK.problem sorted. DSTV was quick to assist on LIVE chat. Account was not linked to smartcard on the back end although it was showing on my profile as ok. All this took a few minutes.
 
Major DSTV and DSTVnow outages since after 17:00 this afternoon again
