My customer applies for a line and adsl from telkom. she receives an sms on Monday instructing her they will be there today, so she takes a day off. so lunchtime she phones and is told that the sms means nothing and they will let her know when they will be there, witch i would have thought the sms was just that. so i phone now to find out what is going on, to be told. she has been added to a waiting list as there are not enough ports. and will be done when it is her turn. what the hell is going on at telkom.
this is such poor business practice. Now im left to explain to the customer.
