Only youtube is slow - Help MwebGuy

A week ago I could watch 360p video without any buffering, now it's impossible during most parts of the day.

HTTP, FTP downloads and speed tests are normal. I have a 2 mb uncapped account with mweb, on a 4 mb ADSL line.
